Please note that our overnight delivery is subject to the day placed. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the first business day of the week.
FREE IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at the Harley-Davidson Cape Town store, provided all online return policy conditions are met. A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original payment method. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, and courier charges cannot be refunded.
Online Returns Policy
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from Harley-Davidson Cape Town. Harley-Davidson Cape Town’s Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.
The benefits given by Harley-Davidson Cape Town’s Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and any other applicable acts.
If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier or return it in person to Harley-Davidson Cape Town at the address below within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Harley-Davidson Cape Town.
All returns outside of South Africa are subject to the buyers’ expense
Please Note: Sale items or products at reduced prices are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
Returns Policy Conditions
If you have changed your mind on a purchase to Harley-Davidson Cape Town will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
- When you return the item, you produce your original Harley-Davidson Cape Town invoice (receipt).
- Helmets and products that are on sale or at reduced prices are non-returnable.
- The item can only be returned if new if it is in its original saleable condition in its original packaging.
- In an unworn, unopened and unused state.
- A return form is completed and accompanies your item(s) being returned.
If you cannot comply with these requirements, Harley-Davidson Cape Town reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change-of-mind items. Harley-Davidson Cape Town will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for an alternative item(s), don’t hesitate to get in touch with Harley-Davidson Cape Town via email before sending the item(s) back.
Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value as the returned item’s purchase price.
Your item (s) that you wish to return must be sent back to Harley-Davidson Cape Town’s address as set out below with the relevant return documents, duly completed and tax invoice (receipt).
If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you, crediting your original payment method. All return courier costs will be at your own expense, and this will be deducted from your refund amount.
Online Refunds
To obtain a refund, please email Harley-Davidson Cape Town before sending the item(s) back.
You will receive a refund credited to your original method of payment, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, and Harley-Davidson Cape Town has received the original item that is being returned.
Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
